Annual Consignment Sale

The Junior League Consignment Sale is a once-a-year sale where you will get great deals on gently used children’s clothes, shoes, toys, furniture, books, games, baby gear, and nursery decorations. You will also find ladies’ handbags, jewelry, and accessories!

Though a fundraiser for the Junior League, consignors receive 60% of the profits of their sold items and the League receives the remaining 40% of sold consigned items and 100% of the profits of sold donated items. Any items left at the end of the sale that are donations or that consignors choose to donate, are then donated to our various legacy projects.

  • Donated items do not need to be priced or tagged.
  • Items need to be clean and in working order (containing all parts and with working batteries).

How do I sign up as a consignor for this year’s sale?
  • If you have previously consigned at one of our sales, click on the ‘Returning Consignor’ button. You will be prompted to login with your consignor number and password. If you have forgotten, follow the links to find out your consignor number or reset your password.
  • New to our sale? Welcome! Click on the ‘New Consignor’ button and complete the form. You will be assigned a consignor number and be able to begin submitting your items!
I have my account set up! What do I do now?
  • We are so excited to have you be a part of our annual sale! Once you have logged in to the portal, make sure you are registered for the upcoming sale by clicking on ‘Register/Unregister’ button.
  • After registering, you will be sent to your Consignor Homepage every time you login. To begin entering items, click on ‘Menu’ > ‘Work with Consigned Inventory’. This will take you to the Consignor Inventory Menu where you can add/edit items, print tags, and view your sold inventory during the sale.
  • To add inventory, click on ‘Add Items’ and select ‘Mobile Version’ if you’re entering items on your phone or ‘PC/Laptop Version’ if you are on a computer. This will take you to where you can work with your active inventory. Make sure to enter as much information for your items and remember to price to sell!
  • IMPORTANT: Please check the box if you would like your items to be discounted during our discount period AND/OR if you would like your items to be donated after the sale.
  • As a reminder, we are accepting gently used children’s clothing, furniture, baby gear, toys, and other children’s items. In addition, we are accepting gently used handbags, totes, and other women’s accessories (no clothing or shoes, please). Car seats, drop side cribs, stuffed animals, maternity clothing, and stained/unstained items will NOT be accepted).
I’m done entering my items! How do I print and tag my things?
  • Once you have finished entering your items, click on ‘Print Tags’ under the Consignor Inventory Menu. You will choose to either print all of your tags at once (click on ‘Print All Tags (HTML’)) or selecting and printing specific tags (click on ‘Print Selected Tags’).
  • When printing specific tags, click on ‘Tag Printing Options’ after you have selected the tags and then click on ‘Print Selected Tags’.
  • Before printing, choose your card stock color:
    • Colored card stock means ‘no donate’ and unsold items will be returned to you.
    • White card stock means ‘donate’ and the item will be donated if it does not sell. *Any shade of cardstock that could be considered white, such as ivory, beige, or light grey will be donated.
    • White and colored card stock will be available, along with cable ties, at the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale Headquarters. The first 15 sheets are complimentary. Additional sheets can be purchased at 5 cents per sheet. First 50 cable ties are complimentary. Additional bundles of 50 cable ties can be purchased for $1. Or, you can choose to use your own from home.
    • After printing your tags, make sure to affix them to your items using cable ties, tape, or safety pins.
I’m done! When can I drop off my items?
  • Consignors will be able to drop off their items Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm outside of the Junior League office. For weekend drop offs, please contact Janel Saunderson at (954)510-5503.
    • Our office is located inside the Marine Industries Association of South Florida building at 221 SW 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312.
    • Please note when leaving items to not block the glass doors.
  • All items should be clean and gently used without stains or holes, from a smoke-free environment, and placed on appropriately sized-hangers. Plastic hangers are preferred over wire hangers. Please make sure to mark your hangers if you would like them returned to you after the sale.
  • If you plan to pick up your unsold items instead of donating, please leave a box or bin marked with your consignor number at drop-off. We will hold your unsold items in your bin.
